S Rangil Singh breathed his last in the morning hours of today. According to initial reports, he went for his routine morning walk and stumbled . He was taken to the hospital but could not recover .
S Rangil Singh was nominated as Vice President of PDP and President of J&K Athletic Association.He did his schooling from Ranbir school, Jammu and was alumni of Lucknow University.
S Rangil Singh was friend and mentor of Epilogue press. He will be deeply missed.
