Jammu, Nov 23 (PTI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today directed a panel to review cases against youth facing charges of in stone-pelting in the 2015-2017 period, and furnish recommendations in ten days. Mufti had yesterday announced the beginning of the process of withdrawal of cases against youths accused of first-time involvement. Kolkata, Nov 23 (PTI) People of India are lazier than the Chinese but the country is "most stable" and a "living example" of diverse traditions, Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama said today. He drew a light comparison between the people of India and China at an interactive programme organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce here.
