First aid training programme for drivers concludes

JAMMU, AUGUST 01: A four-day First aid Training Programme was conducted for commercial vehicle drivers and conductors.

During the training, 18 participants were sensitized about “WHAT TO DO & WHAT NOT TO DO” in case of accidents and medical emergencies with special focus on time management to save precious lives.

They were also motivated to observe the standard traffic rules and regulations.

The training was imparted by Sr. Consultants Dr. Ranbushan Singh and Dr. Rajinder Thappa.

Dinesh Gupta, Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu Region briefed the participants about the functioning of Red Cross Society and asked them to share the benefits of having the First-Aid Training Programme among other people.
