KARGIL AUGUST 10: Observer for 4th General LAHDC, Kargil Elections -2018, Bilal Ahmad Bhat today visited Auditorium Hall Kargil and took stock of the arrangements made by the District Administration for the training of polling staff of Education Department nominated for conducting of LAHDC, Kargil Election 2018. Observer closely observed the ongoing training like handling of ballot boxes.
Interacting with the trainee staff, the Observer asked them to take the training very seriously so that they could not face any difficulties and confusion during delivering their election duty. He strongly emphasised to maintain a high degree of transparency in order to ensure free and fair election and urged them to make themselves fully conversant to handle election procedure living no room for any compliant.
The Deputy Commissioner Kargil Vikas Kundal briefed Observer about the arrangements made by the District Administration for conducting of smooth ensuing LAHDC Election.
