A Congress delegation today met the Election Commission demanded action against BJP Chief Amit Shah for allegedly not mentioning his liabilities in his election affidavit during the Rajya Sabha election in 2017. Talking to reporters after the meeting, party leader Kapil Sibal said, the delegation has raised the issue before the Commission.
He said, by not mentioning the liabilities in the election affidavit, Mr Shah has violated the norms of Representation of the People Act.
