President Ram Nath Kovind today paid floral tributes to former President Dr Shanker Dayal Sharma on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
On the occasion, officers and staff of Rashtrapati Bhavan along with the family members of Dr Sharma also paid their respects.
