Vandhan programme launched on 14th April this year, will train around 30 lakh tribals throughout the year. The programme will enable tribals to generate higher income for their produce. In an exclusive interview to All India Radio MD TRIFED Pravir Krishna said, tribals will be made entrepreneurs through the programme.
He added TRIFED plans to bring a revolution in the minor forest produce by adding value to the raw materials.
