KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 9. Swachh Bharat Mission Urban Drive was organized by the Municipal Committee Kargil.
The event was witnessed by the team of Officer from Directorate of Urban Local Bodies Kashmir. The Executive Officer Municipal Committee Kargil, Abdul Gaffar Zargar along with his team of Officials and Sanitation staff participated in the event.
School children from various Schools of Kargil town have also participated in the event. After through deliberations by vesting Officers, a comprehensive cleanliness drive was also organized.
All participants took oath that they will be responsible of the segregation of waste in the domestic households as well as the surrounding community. The people of Kargil town hailed the efforts of Municipal Committee Kargil and Directorate of Urban Local Bodies Kashmir.
