Adding, The day is not far, may be in a time period of 1-2 or 3 years, that the LWE will be eliminated from the country and this would happen due to your determination, courage and hard work and that of the state police forces.
Home minister further said that this year 131 Moaists and other extremists were neutralized and 58 have surrenders and that this has been made possible only due to close coordination of central forces with state police forces eventually establishing a sense of security and safety in general masses.
He added the Naxalism has been replaced by development. Establishing full faith in the forces, Rajnath Singh said our forces are catering to multiple demands of our society, from NRC agitation in Assam which was a pure law and order situation to Kerala which was affected by floods.
Offering a word of caution and advice to the Rapid Action Force team, Rajnath Singh said the forces need to be prompt and rapid but shun recklessness which comes as a natural stimulus in such situations adding that all the forces are like civilized units and they should continue to uphold the principles of just and righteousness.
