Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik have asked people to observe a complete protest shutdown on 16th October 2018 Tuesday in areas going to polls in last phase of elections thrust on them by the authoritarian state.
“As in the previous three phases people will again demonstrate their total rejection and disregard of this futile exercise by staying away and boycotting it completely,” a press release issued here read.
