JK GOVERNOR URGES JAVDEKAR TO INTERVENE IN AMU ISSUE

Jammu and Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik spoke to Union Home minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javdekar and Vice Chancellor AMU Prof Tariq Mansoor regarding suspension of Kashmiri students.

Malik urged their intervention for establishing a safe, secure and friendly environment for Kashmir based students IN Aligarh Muslim University. He urged both to resolve the issue at the earliest so that there is no disruption of their studies.

Noteworthy, this communications comes in the back drop of suspension of three Kashmiri students who were trying to offer prayers in absentia of slain HM militant Manaan Wani who was killed in a gun battle with security forces few days back.
