In hockey, India play Malaysia in the Asian Champions Trophy’s round robin match at Muscat, Oman on Tuesday.
The match will start at 10.40 p.m. at the iconic Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.
India have won all three of their group encounters so far and top the table with 9 points.
In their last clash, India hammered Japan 9-nil. Malaysia has also won all their group encounters so far and are placed second on the table with 9 points.
It may well be the first big test for Harendra Singh’s boys as they were shocked by Malaysia in the Asian Games semifinal at Jakarta. However, India will look to gain the upper hand before a possible crossover clash at next month’s World Cup.
