Tarigami stressed the importance of knowing why youth in Kashmir are dying saying, “We need to know why youth die? Who is answerable?” He further said, “Though the outcome of such probes is already know to the people of Kashmir, yet if the government has nothing to hide, it should come clean with a fair probe. Those responsible should be fixed and the matter dealt within the frame work of established law.”
