Continuing its efforts of promoting Ayush system of medicine,District Kathua as per the guidelines of Director ISM and under the overall supervision of ADMO Kathua Dr Vikram Jamwal,Organized Medical Check up and Awareness Camp at Govt Ayurvedic Dispensary Nagrota Preyta in Tehsil Basohli in which Dr Sakshi Sharma done health check up of Ladies,Adolescent Girls and children.
Dr Sakshi Sharma in her awareness lecture requested all the ladies particularly pregnant women to take care of their diet and to follow healthy lifestyle.
Dr Sakshi told that the parents should make it sure that their child won’t go to school or college without having breakfast.
Dr Sakshi also requested to the girl students to cover their head as Summer is approaching and also to carry water bottles with them.
Dr Sakshi in her address also requested the gathering to adopt Ayurvedic & Yogic way of lifestyle for healthy and happy living.
Dr Sakshi told that Ayurveda & Yoga is not merely a system of medicine but its a holistic way of living the happier life as Healthy body and Calm Mind can only be achieved through Ayurveda and Yoga.
Senior Pharmacist,Mansoor Bhatti also contributed in this medical camp and distributed free medicines to the needy as per the prescription.
