“Return policy of Government of India on Hindus of Kashmir is not about Return but a campaign of Denial of Hindu Genocide.”
Panun Kashmir has urged the Hindus of Kashmir to prepare to withstand and resist the third wave of Denial of Genocide unleashed by Government of India against them.
It is the considered view of Panun Kashmir that the return policy of Government of India all through has never been about a permanent and secure return of Hindus of Kashmir to Kashmir. It has been essentially a ploy to compromise with Jihadi separatism in Jammu and Kashmir.
The experience of Hindus of Kashmir since their forced exile from Kashmir has been that Government of India thinks that addressing the issue of Genocide of Hindus in Kashmir and its permanent Reversal jeopardises GoI’s efforts to compromise with separatism in Jammu and Kashmir. GoI realises that its failure to push under the carpet the crime of religious cleansing of Hindus of Kashmir has taken off the lid and exposed the sinister face of Muslim State of Jammu and Kashmir which it created on the territory of India, protected and promoted it ironically in the name of secularism.
The nation and the world at large has to understand the fraud being perpetrated on Hindus of Kashmir and the crime against humanity being inflicted on them by a ruthless and relentless policy of denial of genocide of Hindus of Kashmir. Not long ago GoI explained to the world that it imposed a ban on JKLF because it perpetrated genocide against Hindus of Kashmir. And immediately after it sponsored some individuals to approach Hurriat Conference to plead, on behalf of Hindus of Kashmir, for their sanction for the return of displaced Hindus to valley on the terms and conditions as decided by the separatist conglomerate. Both the leaders of BJP as well as MoS state gave their implicit recognition to this mischief by granting well publicised audiences to these individuals ignoring the fact that Hurriat leadership claimed that Hindus of Kashmir will be soon their face.
Submitting Hindus of Kashmir to an Islamist order only to hide the grim reality of Muslim State of Jammu and Kashmir on the territory of India and its fast becoming into an Islamist state seems to constitute the core content of the policy of GoI on the return of Hindus of Kashmir.
The tom tommed commitment of the present GoI on return of Hindus of Kashmir is in fact is the third wave of denial of Genocide unleashed on them.
The first wave of denial of genocide of Hindus of Kashmir was launched by the then Government in the state as well as Center by describing the religious cleansing of Hindus of Kashmir as migration. Thousands of Hindus of Kashmir perished due to this denial campaign in exile while the Hindu Habitat in Kashmir was systematically being destroyed.
Second wave of Denial of Genocide was unleashed in the name of employment package which essentially was an exercise of permanently hostaging Hindus of Kashmir to an Islamist order.
Now the impending third wave of denial of Genocide seems to be an attempt to psychologically destroy the resistance of Hindus to Islamist order assiduously nourished by the state of India over the years.
Government of India in fact is making a sinister attempt to send the victims of genocide to the protection of the perpetrators. It is a crime against Humanity. People of India and rest of the world have to be told both against the crime of genocide perpetrated against Hindus of Kashmir by Pakistan and its Jihadi flanks as well as the Denial of Genocide unleashed by Government of India on them to protect the Muslim State of Jammu and Kashmir and the Islamist order being built inside it.
Hurriat’s declaration and hope that Hindus of Kashmir will soon be the voice of their movement is an expression and the reiteration of the Hurriat stand in the past that Hindus of Kashmir can only return and live in Kashmir if they support the Muslim separatist movement in the state.
That government of India is encouraging the submission of Hindus of Kashmir to the perpetrators of genocide speaks volumes about its policy on Return of Hindus of Kashmir.
Panun Kashmir has no doubt that the policy of retreat and abdication in Jammu and Kashmir started by Vajpayee government and carried ahead by Manmohan Singh government to almost a stage where a compromise with Pakistan was just a signature away is still continuing.
Indian state rehabilitated separatism in Jammu and Kashmir after the military defeat of Pakistan in 1971 by bringing back Sheikh Abdullah.
Present regime has again started the process of rehabilitation of Hurriat after the victory at Balakote as well as in the electoral battlefield.
The abandonment of Hindus of Kashmir to the separatist dictates is the bait offered to the separatists.
Hindus of Kashmir are well aware of what is being done to them.
Their resolve not to live in the servitude of a Muslim order and not to legitimise it however is getting only stronger with each day.
Hindus of Kashmir seek recognition of their genocide as a first step to reverse it permanently.
BJP government like the Congress- left-liberal cabal seeks to reduce genocide as if it is an issue akin to earthquake, fire, or flood victims.
The hope which was generated after the present ruling dispensation came to power at the Centre seems to be an illusion. We still hope the present governments at the Centre as well as the state will dispense away and abondon the policy of tokenist return of Hindus of Kashmir and stop the campaign of denial of genocide of Hindus of Kashmir.
Panun Kashmir will not surrender the destiny of Hindus of Kashmir who have been victims of Genocide to the the perpetrators of this genocide.
Panun Kashmir will never consent to any dispensation in the State which submits Hindus to the servitude of Muslims.
Panun Kashmir seeks dismantling of the Muslim State of Jammu and Kashmir which has become a spring board of Jihadi terrorism into whole of India.
Panun Kashmir will launch a campaign both nationally as well as globally to make people aware how
policy of Govt on Hindus of Kashmir is a way of abetting in Muslim Jihad.
Panun Kashmir will apprise everybody that the present policy of GoI on Hindus of Kashmir and Hindus of whole state is a demonstration of the grim reality of a Nation State waging war against the Nation and its civilisation.
Panun Kashmir will continue to seek and struggle relentlessly for a return and rehabilitation of Hindus of Kashmir in a centrally administered Union Territory created in the area lying in East and North of River ( Vitasta ) Jhelum in Kashmir.
