Jammu & Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party held meeting of its election Management Department at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Ashok Kaul, General Secretary (Org.) of the party chaired the meeting while Praduman Singh, State Convenor of the BJP’s Department of Election Management also addressed the meeting.
State Co-convenors of the Department namely Pritam Sharma, Shashi Vaid and Ramesh Sharma were also present in the meeting, which witnessed the participation of District Convenors and District Co-Convenors of the Election Management Department from 17 organizational districts.
Meeting witnessed threadbare discussions on the Assembly elections in the region and the future strategy to contest the Assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir. It was stressed in the meeting that the committees should be framed at ground level before the next meeting of the Department.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting focussed on the future Assembly polls in Jammu & Kashmir. He discussed the key roles of the department’s functionaries before, during and after the conduct of elections. He stressed on the activation of team members and the minute working for the victorious conduct of the elections. He also prompted the district Convenors of the department to share ground inputs with the party seniors in order to have more detailed insight of the department functioning.
Praduman Singh presented the details of the works regarding election management undertaken by the Department. He assured the senior leadership of the party that the whole team of the Department will leave no stone unturned in contributing in the grand victory of the party in Assembly polls, as and when held.
