EOW Kashmir Chargesheet Man For Allegedly Cheating Cancer Patient’s Family
The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against a man for allegedly cheating the family of a cancer patient.
According to officials, the accused allegedly promised to arrange medicines for the patient at a lower price and received a substantial amount of money from the family. However, the medicines were allegedly not provided as promised.
The case was investigated by the EOW, which said that the allegations were substantiated during the course of the investigation. The chargesheet has subsequently been presented before the competent court for judicial determination.
The accused will face the legal proceedings in accordance with law, while the final determination of guilt rests with the court.
